Shubhankar Singh is an Associate at Vardharma Chambers. He is a graduate of the 2017 batch of the Symbiosis Law School, Pune. He takes a keen interest in Litigation with his core areas of interest being Income Tax, Central Excise, Criminal, Service and Constitutional matters. He regularly appears before the Supreme Court, Delhi High Court and other tribunals in Delhi, representing the Union of India.
During Law School he has participated in various parliamentary debates and moot court competitions. He has also recently authored an article on the Landmark Judgment of the Supreme Court titled ‘Union of India v. Ashish Aggarwal’, wherein the SC had used its powers under Article 142, to save 90,000 reassessment notices from being struck down.
Apart from law, Shubhankar takes a keen interest in politics. He is also an avid reader, who loves reading non-fiction, especially biographies and autobiographies.
