Justice Tiwari started his practice in July 1984 and specialized in Labour, Civil, Rent Control, Company, and Constitutional Law. He was also empanelled as a counsel of Central Government Undertaking Corporations, Banks, Local Bodies and Premier Companies before he got elevated as a Judge in 2002 and was in office till March 2016. Although he retired as acting Chief Justice of the Calcutta High Court in September 2017, he is conducting Arbitration for some of the largest PSU’s in India.
